The show wasn’t all punches and powers. It had a storyline that was real. Domestic abuse, racial injustice and police abuses that go unspoken and therefore unchecked. The acting was spot on throughout and the show could’ve have easily expanded with eventual cameos from Jessica Jones and Luke Cage.
