Its a big departure from anything else alien related in the franchise. Focuses more on corporate involvement and ethics questions and less on the aliens.5% action, 95% drama, 0% thriller. And the other "aliens" are more interesting than the xenomorph. The outro songs completely remove you from any immersion it was trying to build up. Honestly going to be surprised if it makes it past a second season, if it even gets a second one
