This crime thriller follows Alice as she investigates the murder that took place at the house she has just moved into. Now the twist at the very end was unexpected for me but the whodunit bit is slow and you are fairly sure who the killer must be (even if it is just to be contrary to the protagonist) Alice is very tiresome in her suspicions as well as well as in her suspect list ( spoiler alert!!! Everyone is). I was getting quite annoyed with her as her investigation was progressing. I would have enjoyed it if Alice could have been a bit more realistic instead of the (unbelievably) gullible individual she was shown as.
