I can see how young people and Gen-Z would love this movie since the theme is how your parents are the ones who messed you up. There is so much insufferable crying and tears from Superman, Lois, Lex Luthor, Superman's dad. It's ridiculous. The only thing enjoyable in this movie was the CGI dog. As someone growing up watching the original superman movies this was the equivalent of what Jar Jar Binks did to Star Wars. Couldn't wait for the movie to end.

Ten times better than Star Trek Lower Decks. I’m not surprised at those 30 somethings that dislike this.These are the people that take offence at everything. Glad most of the Millenial reviewers do like it though. Opal is hilarious!
