Best telenovela ever. The acting is spectacular, from everyone involved, the music score is phenomenal and memorable, the story is compelling, intriguing, dark and tragic. And the show stealer of course is Barbara Mori, who plays a very realistic sociopath as the titular, villain protagonist.
