at first i thought this show could be really interesting. the idea behind the show is pretty good for a feel good Netflix baking show. the host made so many bad jokes but after a little while of watching him it’s not so bad. i didn’t like andrew, in the round with Justin he just had to be petty and show him how much better he was at making plastic wrap and was super smug and sarcastic. i will give him that some of his cakes were great but a lot had details and features that were off and he was in no way better than all the other contestants yet he always managed to succeed and get the upper hand. there was definitely favouritism within the show. also as much as i loved johnny he definitely did cheat in the first episode and definitely shouldn’t have won that round. all in all, if they were more fairly judged and the host didn’t make really bad jokes too often it has the potential to be a really good show.
