I use to read reviews or listen to family members who
are experienced to me when it comes to films. Also a former teacher was good when it came to movies.
Here is my review. I like Nia she is a made for films actress. She has a very good way of portraying a character. From her day in the film as Debby on Friday, Jordan, The Best Man Holiday, NCIS, Shay Mosely, The Banker, Eunice Garrett, Bird on Soul Food are just some of her acting likes.
Fatal Affair was a intense, psychological film with great actors, beautiful scenes, excellent cinematography and depiction of real life situations. This was for entertainment and if you saw it that way you will view it this way. I learned from reading so many reviews by people who saw the film and some I felt the same and some I said, they have freedom to speak.
Omar Epps did a full portrayal of the character. Like one reviewer said the reason the scenes were predictable because it was done before. It was changed somewhat but remember Peter Sullivan is the main person to direct feelings with as far as the production goes. Even if a film is not good, if actors are good and execute you will see it.
I wrote one script for a city event and all said it was well written and the actors did a good portrayal of the characterizations. Only one person (a actor) wanted to change something.
