This is an excellent series, it follows lots of things that are relevant today: the school environment, social pressure through social media, how kids rebel, and the sibling that is different from the other is all spot on. The hard-working dad who tried his best, these are all people you know.
It is made by the boiling point crowd, who excel in one take shoulder cam style, and it makes you feel as if you are there and in the room; the actor playing Jamie stands out as being particularly significant; Stephen Graham is, of course, good and lady playing the psychologist is also amazing. One thing you have to be prepared for is they follow only Jamie's story, so lots of things happen as offshoot stories, but you never get to see the outcome (the friend arrested for conspiracy to murder, etc.); this isn't as bad as it fits the way the whole thing is shot. It's a significant bit of TV and fantastic social commentary. I was ready for the way things were left unresolved, as this happened a lot in boiling point as well; some may find this annoying.
