We found the dialect hard to follow at times. We kept asking "what did they say?" We watched because of Robert Taylor after watching the Longmire series which we loved. Sad that Netflix took it off the air. I gave this show a 2 rating because of the whipping with a strap. A fist fight is one thing, but this kind of abusive violence is upsetting and totally unnecessary for the story. My family members recommend series to one another, but I won't recommend this one because of the whippings.
