I dont expect much from movies these days. However, Sinners is reverse of From Dusk Till Dawn. Excellent pacing, likable and relatable characters, clever story. You know the SmokeStack Twins aren't good people but they're brought too life excellently by Jordan, and both have their own unique personalities. Remmick is an phenomenal villain with clear goals and a charm most villains are strongly missing today. The attention to 1930's Mississippi Jim Crow Laws and the obvious attention to racial tensions really sell the story of what the brothers want to achieve. The supporting cast are key too making you buy in. Lastly, props to Hailee Steinfeld on pn achieving an award for her performance unlike her husband the overrated Josh Allen
