This movie is a tight slap for those who think Bollywood only produces masala movies, vikramaditya motwane is really a genius, he pulled off this story so well, I was amazed regarding the fact that Sonakshi did a fantastic job in acting, everyone's performance is praiseworthy, the composition of amit Trivedi is just like cherry on the cake, such serious filmmaking is what makes me feel proud being a cinephile, no wonder this movie was a box office flop, as understanding this masterpiece isn't everyone's cup of tea, it'll be remembereded forever atleast by me.

This is how a typical masala thriller is supposed to be, no depth in script, story has many loopholes, climax isn't mind blowing, unnecessary background music at slightly impactful scenes. when it comes to acting tapsee stands out for me, Vikrant is above average in his dramatic role, harshvardhan's character is half baked, the movie went from being interesting to kind of predictable withinb the first half, story wasn't well written, what surprised me the most is rishu's mother's acting, she's flawless with dialogues and acting, for me the only entertaining part was the kitchen scenes and the conversation between the rishu's maa and tapsee, the realistic execution makes it a watchable thriller

Well, let me start by rating it 3.5/5. I think its overrated just because its mythological storyline, I mean it's something that is trying to be awesome but ended up just being good, the acting is quite mediocre, I mean Arshad warsi might have given his life's best performance but it's just not enough, the plot seems to be deep but it isn't and let me come to the technical aspect where it really didn't impress, during that coffin scene, I was like duh... Am I watching CID with better acting and slightly better set design. Anything called Logic didn't get applied there. The camera work is average, there are many aspects that needs to be improved, season 2 should focus on that rather than mythological dialogues which really don't add weight age to the scene

When I noticed people giving it 1/10 on IMDB, I thought its just because of SSRs death, and so called involvement of Mahesh bhat in the mentioned matter, but this was ridiculous, so boring script, poor direction and unimpressive acting of alia bhat. It reminded me of 1980s movie that keeps aside all logic and reality, focuses on emotions and fails to portrait the beauty of a movie. 4/10 for me and honestly not recommended. It makes you think kalank wasn't the worst movie of the same cast.

I am from Karnataka, I don't watch Telugu movies much, but now I have realized Telugu movies are much much better than Kannada movies, this movie is definitely overpowered. The story is awesome, cinematography is cool and bgm is lit. I can't explain how amazed I was while watching this, even the comic timing is perfect, Kudos to the team, actors have done really well. Don't think much, it's definitely a worth watch. 8.5/10

Highly recommended, do watch this series, I just tried not to watch this entire season in one go but couldn't, gripping story and interesting screenplay keep u glued to it all the way. Acting- Manoj bajpaye does it flawlessly In fact all actors have done justice to their respective roles, Fight sequence is shot well, they tried to keep it natural in which they have succeeded as well Story-8.5/10 Screenplay-8.5/10 Acting-8/10 Dialogues-8/10 Background score-8.5/10 Camera work-9/10 Overall rating-8.5/10
