At its core, it has a fun storyline with entirely predictable moments and is fun to turn off your brain to. It would be much better had a stusio capable of cgi animation that was half as expressive as robots from 10 years ago, but it is what it is. Due to the wholly un-human interacyion of the character models with expressions, its hard to feel anything for the cast beyond their words. The english acting is relaxed, and stunted even in moments of extreme panic. Overall it was pretty disappointing but the monsters were interesting and the plot was at least mostly enjoyable so watch it if it's you like Kaiju.
