I was intrigued by this series; it's about 2.5 hours long total runtime and I was surprised as I didn't think there was enough "known" information to fill 2.5 hours or even 2.5 minutes. I thought that in the years that have passed since the tragedy that I had missed some legitimate news stories that explain the disappearance.
However, much of this show delved into fantastical theories involving either Russian agents or American spy planes. The tangled web of planted evidence and the number of people required to implement those theories will have you laughing.
All of the proposed theories of how and why MH370 disappeared have gaping holes in them. In the end, the theory that it disappeared into the southern Indian Ocean has the fewest fantastical claims and is the easiest to grasp and is almost certainly the "correct" answer. The other theories require a belief in a vast conspiracy theory that even their adherents admit are implausible.
