Must agree with the other one star reviews. The Strike/Robin relationship needs to be either moved on or left alone. It’s far too long with too many characters and just gets frustrating particularly with the pages of on line chat which left me cold. I have enjoyed the other books so persevered but it was a struggle !
If I had read it on a kindle or similar I might have enjoyed it more as it was such a heavy paperback that it distracted me at times. Be interested to see if they make a tv series of this one, if they do I will definitely watch it just to see if I enjoy it more.

Loved it far more than Bridgerton! Such a poignant story full of emotion and drama. An extremely well acted multi level love story with as much glamour as you can possibly need.

Tom Hanks hasn’t made a bad film and this is no exception. A well put together piece of work with all the emotion you can muster. I loved this film and spent the time crying and laughing in equal measures. A lesson in the appreciation of life, friends and strangers.
