I’m laughing at reading these pretentious reviews. Everybody wants to be the smartest man / woman in the room when it comes to reviewing this book. This book is a communicative problem-solving approach for the four primary personality types. The author is careful to explain that not everybody is pigeonholed into a solid color. This book has helped me greatly when it comes to understanding myself, my children as individuals, coworkers, and customers. I have utilized the principles taught in this book to build strong relationship relationships with people who are typically difficult to form a bond with. I have read many books and have taken many classes. Admittedly, I never studied psychology or anything related to that field. Maybe that’s why this book is perfect for me. not withstanding the Holy Bible, nothing I have ever read before has been more useful in my entire life than the lessons I have learned in this book.
