With a running time of two and a half hours it went very easily. It flowed really well from the traditional action scenes to the more emotional ones. The location settings, especially the ones set in Italy were breathtaking. The plot stood up well with its twist and turns. I don’t want to give away to much and spoil the enjoyment for those who have yet to see it. Within that, I feel the film was paying homage to Daniel Craig’s depiction of Bond and to say goodbye and Thank you to him. It looks like this will be his goodbye, but then a previous Bond favoured by many said the same, namely Mr Connery said that and you probably know how that worked out! Though from my viewpoint it will be his last outing as 007, and what a way to end his ‘License to kill’.
