Supernatural season 4 is in my opinion the best season, besides season 1 for obvious reasons. In season 4 we met Castiel, who gripped Dean tight and raised him from Perdition. We soon find out Castiel is a key character and this introduction will follow him and Sam and Dean through the whole show. I have only watched the show one time all the way through, and this was the easiest season to get through. Every episode had me on the edge of my seat, and meeting Castiel was a great bonus. This was also the season where they introduced the first steps of the apocalypse. I would highly recommend season 4 to all of my friends.
