The Bear is wildly overrated. I’ve seen my fair share of TV shows, and I honestly don’t get why this one gets so much praise. It’s just non-stop yelling and swearing. I went in expecting a story about running a restaurant, but got a headache instead. If I wanted to watch people scream at each other for no reason, I’d just go to a family dinner. Maybe it’s supposed to be “artistic” or “raw,” but to me it felt like a mess pretending to be deep.
