The show definitely is a condensed version of the animated series but the casting was great, the cgi was better then most films coming out now, bending was perfectly executed, and overall the show was very well done with the constraints it was under. All the whiny comments about how it's not exactly the same as the original need to take a step back and realize there not here to remake an entire animated series into live action it would cost way more and take way longer to do. The cast, directors, writers, everyone would lose all that time away from family and they would have to be paid extremely handsomely to give all that up. All and all I can't wait to see the rest of the series finished and maybe even extended.
