Season 1 was good... Season 2 was terrible

This show started out ok but I found as it went on it just became really annoying. I haven't watched past the episode in series 2 where they open the new restaurant as I am sick of the need for constant shouting and stupid things like they are running out of forks and loads of orders are getting printed out in the kitchen but when they show you the people in the restaurant they would be lucky if they had 30 customers. All this with a over staffed kitchen. No restaurant would survive with that many staff and so few customers. I can not understand how this show won awards
