Pit Pride

The tone was off. Not gritty enough. Fairly predictable. Will's performance was very subdued. I expected way more from Will,Clive Owen and Ang Lee. It needed an R rating. Dialogue needed work and a passion infusion into the vision of the project. The fight sequences and special effects were well executed and very unique. The bones of the story were there. They just did not tell it in the most compelling way. It played like a straight to video movie. It was almost like the script, actors and director were in different films. No one knew they were in the same film. When you hear actors say "I didn't know what film I was in". You'll understand after seeing this.
