Standard B movie stuff...Spies, action, one dummy and a pretty girl. It's cute, not gonna win any awards but it's passable. Cute even with enough action and cool scenery to keep you watching.

It was pretty bad....Nolte looked and sounded hung over all through it. Debra Winger hadn't learned how to act yet....but I stuck it out since it was filmed in my hometown
