I thought the movie "I am Michael" did a great job of telling a story of one man's journey in "finding himself". I could tell it was written by someone in the LTGB people group as the Christian scenes were some of the worst representatives of the Faith based people group. I know their are people like that out there, unfortunately. People being judgemental is so cringey and this movie has it coming from all the represented people groups.
Michael battling within himself, the confusion, and the journey through the hills and valleys seem well portrayed, as well as the reaction of those around him.
The only thing I didn't get was the movie ending with Michael's smile turning to a frown or serious look.
