Max Henlis

As a trans high school student, this book was like a breath of fresh air. For the first time, I can really, really relate to a protagonist. It was nice to be able to read about someone who goes through some of the same things that I do. All of the characters are dimensional and rich, and the imagery is amazing. I would recommend this for really any queer or trans person, especially those in high school or middle school.
