This is one of those films that will stay with you. Beautifully shot & achingly tender and humanistic. Through its storytelling it sends a powerful & poignant message about shirking prescribed societal, cultural & religious norms & expectations and their shared oppressiveness. That love is love ; the importance of living one’s life authentically & marching to the beat of one’s own drum unapologetically. Just stunning.
