Seriously, Jay! If you are going to try and pry the secret word out of contestants like in your words "its like pulling teeth" then do it for everyone so everyone gets a chance at the money!!! Some of those people walk away with no money and maybe could have had at least a little if you had led them to the secret word like you do with others!! Some people win all the money possible plus the money for the secret word because you gave them a chance to win it and engaged them in conversation that were in the direction of the subject of the secret word!! Give everyone a chance to get the secret word!! Not FAIR!!!!
