A little bit entertaining, but it’s not at all based in reality. It’s confusing and suggests a huge conspiracy to just kill some special forces guys in San Diego. What?!?! Plus it’s slow. Lots of things happen, but the story doesn’t really progress. Oh, and the Secretary of the Navy is just always hanging around to give Chris Pratt pep talks and have a drink with him.
