Loved the movie, maybe(?) better than the 1976 version. I can’t believe how much work Bradley Cooper put in to be able to pull off singing in it with no lip sync, as well as directing it...and the film barely got one oscar out of eight nominations?!? Watched a free on-demand of the 1937 movie today...it was surprisingly good. The 1954 remake had music and it’s still a toss up which is better to me...leaning towards the original.
