Seasons 1 & 2 were outstanding! First half of Season 3 is a bit of a letdown. Episode 4 and 5 of Season 3 are annoying. They are the same episode, with bits cut out of Episode 4, and the missing bits, revealed in Episode 5. However, it was not done well, and there is no suspense, but simply irritation that half the Episode is replayed for you again as Episode 5. That's my strongest critique of Season 3. The acting is unparalleled everywhere, and I am saddened by the news of Henry Cavil's departure from the Witcher series. I almost gave only 4 stars, but I want my review seen (rarely read are anything but 5* and 1*), and also didn't want to punish seasons 1 and 2 for very small irritation of my own because of a jumbled mess of Season 3 Episode 4 and 5. I eagerly await the second half of Season 3 in a few weeks, when it is released.
