I liked it well enough but thought there would be more of a twist. Seems to unravel in the backend, losing steam in the story and then just ending. Clever writing and enjoyable page turner. I enjoyed it well enough.

If you are looking for the traditional JG novel with fascinating twists and well crafted storylines - this isn’t the one. There seemed to be a great story just waiting to unfold page after page but it never materializes. Just a simple X, Y, Z novel with little character development. I was expecting a “The Partner” level of plot twists. Disappointed to say the least.
