First, not really my kinda movie. Grey up on GI Jane, Charlie's Angels and all that I am woman here me roar narrative. But it was entertaining, not nearly as biased and agenda driven that I have come to expect. Pro Choice but not Pro Abortion that was refreshing. But done respectfully regardless of sides or whatever.
The bond of childhood friendships and community, neighborhoods etc are also refreshing to see through a positive perspective. The two ladies that were the main characters I think, though not academy Award performanceed, but I think they definitely put themselves on the what's next from them list. Both are very good. Worth watching I would say.
