Honestly an underrated film. Keanu delivered a performance that did not disappoint ONE BIT! I love the message the film portrays: showing up matters in life. The story is very good, and the cinematography is so satisfying to watch. I am disappointed in critics who said the film “hardly qualifies as a sports movie”. More people need to see this movie. FOR G BABY! ✊🏻

Come on y’all! I loved this movie as a kid and I think it don’t deserve this hate :( It’s for kids for crying out loud! Also keep in mind that like at least 40% of the 1 star reviews are from people who literally said they enjoyed the movie but mistakingly put one star instead of 5. Just plain stupid

Perfect sequel to a perfect movie! The entire film was fun to watch, the acting was superb, the visual effects bring back so much nostalgia of the original, soundtrack is spectacular since (spoiler alert) the same song plays at the end of both movies. I don’t understand the hate of this. I feel like it is a phenomenal homage to an amazing original. Highly recommended! You won’t regret it! :D

Five stars because it’s the first movie that started everything including lord of the rings and I love it

Okay here’s the thing. They made a movie about Pearl Habor and made it (for the most part) historically inaccurate, along with the fact that it is romanticized like being the Titanic of war movies, which made the real survivors snap which I respect that since Michael Bay didn’t want it to be a history lesson which doesn’t make sense because the title makes people believe they’re gonna watch the full facts and it isn’t the case. On the other hand you have a very well shot and visual effects (a good reference if anything) of the actual attack. The visuals, soundtrack, and effort put into the film is great (I wish it was effort to make it truly accurate though). Hot take: the film is being given way too much hate. I am aware of the fact it is an historically inaccurate, romanticized story that just so happens to take place at Pearl Harbor. However the 40 minute action sequence almost fully makes up for that. I just feel like the plot itself in simple terms is unnecessarily decent.

I wanted to give it 4.5/5 but it wouldn’t let me, but I’m okay with 5 :) The movie itself is, in my opinion, the most underrated sci-fi movie ever Period. The visuals are true eye candy that never get old. The score for the movie is unforgettable and I can’t stop listening to it. The acting is very good from the cast, especially Morgan Freeman! The plot and complexity of twists and turns is very fun to watch. It hurts to see that critics don’t see the film the way I do, along with people who understand what I’m saying. This film will stay near and dear to my heart no matter what people say about it. This is a film highly recommended piece of art 👍🏼

The movie has a nice message for the power of math to go with a well made plot, good acting, great cast of actors/actresses, stunning visuals, but the movie being misidentified as an action movie instead of a drama. Overall, I really like it. Highly recommended movie to watch!

I find the film very fun and crazy in a good way. The characters (especially the Australian dude) were likeable for once in the monster verse. All of the action scenes reminded me of the good old days of the Showa era which was my childhood and what brought me into the franchise in the first place. My heart was beating out of its chest when Mothra emerged and “romantically” stunned Godzilla which brought back intrusive thoughts lol. My only issue is the ending. The ending was alright, but it could’ve been better if that makes sense. Just felt like a couple knots were left loose. Overall, I had a blast. Highly recommended! 👍🏼

I have just finished watching this movie…. This movie is something I was not expecting at all. I was speechless when I came out of the theater. I cannot wait for this art to stream. Hard to describe a movie of Godzilla with this style. All the scenes had me jittering in my seat, and it was a huge roller coaster of emotions. This movie is amazing, even for people who aren’t a fan of Godzilla! This movie, is a masterpiece. I really hope it becomes a modern classic. This will forever change my view of Godzilla. This movie, along with the entire Godzilla franchise (including 1998) will remain near and dear to my heart, no matter what other people say about it. This movie 100% deserved to win the Visual Effects Oscar. And I really want other people to see this movie to know exactly Who is Godzilla… 1000000000000/10

I believe this movie is the very underrated. Sure, the plot could’ve been a bit better and settling, and king Ghidorah’s design could’ve lived up to its true potential. But the idea for this Godzilla is unbelievable… and the soundtrack is absolutely underrated as well since it’s very mysterious, eerie, fantastic, airy, and 80s like. Especially King Ghidorah’s soundtrack; it sounds so evil it gives me goosebumps even though he is a good guy this time. The movie is absolutely amazing and perfectly represents Godzilla in the new millennium… 10/10
