Same teen drama coming of age lost in a jungle yada yada. Story goes a good pace w/ a lot of switch ups. But it follows the pattern of the ilk such as Lost. If you're really at a loss for something to watch and nothing else appeals to you, then it probably won't be a disappointment. Netflix doesn't have Season 2 yet so be prepared just to see the 1 season unless you can find it on YouTube.
