god, this movie was awful. would rate it a 0 if i could. the whole thing just felt rushed and none of it even made sense to me. first, the mom doesn't even know her daughter was getting engaged, let alone even HAVING a boyfriend. how in the world does a short conversation persuade her to go to a whole other COUNTRY to celebrate a wedding for her daughter who's fiancé she didn't even know about?? second, the plot was so bad and incestuous. who in the world thought it was okay? will and lana are exes, and they had rj and emma with two different people. rj and emma are the ones who are getting married, but lana and will get engaged at the end. that would ultimately make rj and emma... step-siblings. rj would be the step-brother of emma, emma would be the step-sister of rj, lana would be rj's step-mom, and will would be emma's step-dad. absolutely DISGUSTING. third, the dialogue of this movie was just absolute trash, and there were way too many time skips. i had trouble following the plot, and emma and rj did not even have any type of chemistry together. it just felt awkward between the two. everything in this movie just went too fast and everything felt fake. also, whoever keeps casting brooke in movies like this should be fired. the same thing can be shown in Blue Lagoon, where she and her brother were intimate on a deserted island, and she got pregnant by him. just absolutely disgusting, whoever thought of both of these movies. do not even waste your time watching this, it's terrible.
