From someone that read the book, went to the stage adaptation and a fan of the musical score -
I was absolutely moved.
I know what is supposed to happen, yet I was experiencing this like it was the first time.
The singing and dancing was beautiful.
Knowing that everything was built, no green screen, the signing was live - just adds to the magic.
Now we all get to learn the truth of the Wicked Witch.
