We found Dr. Kellyann's bone broth plan to be an extremely rewarding (and appropriately challenging) experience. My husband and I followed the 21-day plan very closely and achieved incredible results.
Make no mistake, this isn't a miracle in a cup! This is an intentional eating plan supplemented with a great-tasting, high-quality and highly convenient bone broth. (We generally add sea salt and a squeeze of lemon.)
Our 21 days started over 6 months ago. In those first 21 days, I dropped 15 pounds (10% of my starting weight) and over 7 inches. My husband had even more impressive stats.
Since those 21 days, I've continued to lose pounds and inches without the same intensity of dietary restrictions. Our eating habits are monumentally better and our overall health and wellness is at a peak. (Just today, my beautician complimented all my new hair growth -- and I haven't done anything different other being conscientious in my eating and continuing to have bone broth as an occasional supplement.) Most importantly, by following the plan, we adopted strategies that stick and are continuously finding delicious healthy alternatives.
We chose the 21 day plan that included 2+ servings of bone broth and a small dinner on 2 fast days each week. (I usually 'cheated' and had a handful of nuts mid-afternoon on those days.) An important note: We planned our 21 days for at least a month before starting. I've always read labels but I was still SHOCKED to realize how many foods still include sugars. (No wonder there's such an epidemic of sugar addiction!!)
