I loved reading this book. It really helped me to have more empathy for people suffering from depression. Before reading this book I had very little tolerance for depression (sad fact!). This book is heart warming and insightful- in fact, very insightful. Well written and a privilege to have access to someone’s journey like this. A good down to earth read. ❤️
