This is in essence two books inside of one. Every time Pegg comes to a point in his life monologue that needs a change of pace he brings in a comical fictional adventure story of his life. He and his robot sidekick/possible robo-sexual interest Cadbury find adventure and true bonds of friendship as they dip a toe or two into reality from their in Pegg's own words "far more interesting'' fictional one.
This isn't a tell all book of his life. It's important moments in his life that by the science of chance ,from choices, brought him to where he is professionally. It's the tale of a boy who watched Star-Trek and Rik Mayall and in proper story telling structure became Scotty and met Rik. So much like his film work it's witty and heart warming. It won't take too long to read but the audiobook has an even better dimension to it as Pegg reads it himself.
