This is just yet another Netflix film with a promising premise and poor execution. The movie continually sets its rules out and refuses to apply any sort of consistency as the (very annoying) cast continues to break them. That such creatures could completely overrun society within a couple of days, in spite of their inability to even break through a car window, is implausible. Even if it does only take them 2 days to repopulate and number and in the billions. Btw do not watch if you are not prepared to watch a subtitled movie.
