The siege at the Ranch/Pueblo was eye popping. Watch carefully how the camera keeps rolling after a rider gets mowed by another rider. Hopping that ditch was interesting. Everyone looked great charging. I'm sure horses and riders were hurt, but it was exciting. Rita Hayworth was miscast. The premis was loopy and Cooper looked just tired (he would be dead in 2 yrs). The location shots were superb. Worth the time for sure.

A youthful, charming and beautifully produced film. The sets were authentic, the uniforms and costumes pitch perfect. Locations and cast could not have been better.
VMI never looked so stunning.
