Varied and well written. Rich and complex arrangements with strikingly beautiful melodies. Superb musicianship indeed. The disc initially sounds reserved but on further listening is quite powerful. Autumnal and pastoral, parts may even remind the listener of Nursery Cryme and Selling England By the Pound. Definitely one for the collection.

A must in any prog collection. The album is consistently good with marvelous highs and rooding, melancholy lows. Well arranged, with exceptional playing throughout.
