First episode I Love this show personally, just a few aspects i don't really like. 1. Sally is portrayed differently. Like she doesn't really give me Sally from the book vibes. NOTHING AGAINST THE ACTOR. It’s mostly writing issues. 2. The connection with Smelly Gabe. I don't like how Sally and Smelly Gabe actually look like a decomposed couple. I liked it better when Sally hated Smelly Gabe but stayed with him for Percy. 3. Finally my biggest problem overall was that it felt rushed in big scenes and slowed down in unimportant ones. And also, the fact that they transitioned with black screens to form the end of a chapter made it look more like scenes pasted together. BUT, Overall this show really depicts the world of Percy Jackson really well. The time and effort the actors,writers,producers, and everyone on set put in really payed off. This is not the same as the unspeakable movies (There is actual CGI in the series LOL). Overall the show is so amazing and I REALLY REALL LOVE IT❤️❤️❤️! And to all the haters out there nothing can really ever show the EXACT same as the books there will always be differences. The books will stay the books. The series is an ADAPTATION.
