I was distrusted at the director’s portrayal of a strong black woman as the maid. Being sexually preyed upon by the white former athlete. Why couldn’t she be the athlete and sexually assaulting him?

I would give this movie a zero, but the cinematic effects get 5 stars so we will call it a two. I asked myself, why make such a long boring movie with sooo many characters you don’t care about? James Cameron is not dumb. He and the studios knew people would see this film because of the first movie’s success. With Avatar 7 already scheduled the studio used this film to help the audience try to understand these people more. From all age groups. But it’s a massive flop. I saw multiple people leave the theatre after 2 hours and not return. I suspect Avatar 3 won’t be great either. Then 4 and 5 will be awesome. And 6 and seven will suck. Just to keep us hooked. I really love sci fi and fantasy. But this was like going to the dentist. Skip it.

I’m giving it a 2 star for art and cinematography. The plot was ok, but the entire movie was SO SLOW!! BORING TO A FAULT. The acting was actually good, but everyone will fall asleep. I thought watching this movie was like working in a coal mine with good friends. You do it and don’t complain, but it’s killing your soul
