PERSONALLY I LIKED IT. SOMEWHAT BELIEVABLE AND NOT OVER DRAMATIZED WITH A LOT OF BS COMBAT SCENES.

EXCELLENT In every respect. Well written and well directed. The timing was right on. Not one glitch. The acting too was excellent. Don't know or never heard of any of these actors but a better cast could not have been picked and the story line I don't think could have been improved. Thanks for a great experience.

NOT THE BEST DIRECTION, BUT GOOD DRAMA.

Exciting action but NOT logical or believable. One of those productions where money was tight and they didn't spend anything for logical research. A team of special forces (SWAT like) armed with conventional weapons to repel a monster consisting of pure energy. What the hell are bullets going to do? And as always you have some psycho general whose only answer is to nuke the Black Hole feeding it more energy to grow. I had to really push my limit to give it three stars.

Super great movie. All performances were spot on, so I imagine that the director knows what he is doing. A rarity these days. I can't remember ever seeing Eddie Murphy in such a touching role and his co-stars all were great too. All professional critics be damned; this is one hell of a movie.

Excellent story-line and good acting. It wouldn't be considered Oscar material but I really enjoyed it and was completely involved with ti even though I had to continually pause and rewind to read what was being said in Chinese. The only negative was the speed at which the English captions were flashed on screen. I don't know if that could be adjusted or not but it would certainly help. In the beginning it was said that this was based on actual events but I can't find any reference to to it on Google. I'll have to look on Wikipedia and see if there is anything there. I thoroughly enjoyed the whole thing.

'B' Movie filled with B Movie Actors. Inclusive of Dennis Hopper and Michael Pare. Dennis Hopper should have stuck with his Painting. Those are good to great!

OK but not great. Some pretty good actors not playing to their normal ability probably due to the director. Worth watching only to kill time.

Excellent movie. Not suspenseful but very thought provoking. Makes me wonder just how many innocent men and or women are incarcerated just to satisfy the public and make life easier for the cops on the case.

Oceans 11 on a limited budget. OK but not great.
