I was reluctant to watch it at first, because I figured they’re just trying to get a woman as a lead in a sports series (kind of like Oceans 8, which was atrocious), but I gave it a try and I will definitely be watching the rest of it. Brilliantly written, the script is fluid, the acting is great, and the unique backstory of each cast member makes it captivating enough that you will never get bored. There’s plenty of humour and quick wit, which I wasn’t expecting and absolutely loved. Deserved a higher IMDb than it got.

This deserves a higher IMDB rating than it was given. It’s an amazing move with a great storyline and a perfect script.

My favourite series of all time. I have watched all 8 seasons what must be 6 times over.
