One of the few films which made a long lifetime impression on me. Very memorable!

I thought this was called 'THE OUTLAWS'!? Fantastic show! I don't often get hooked on any series BUT this was SO cleverly written with a genius interwoven plot, Brilliant casting and production, superb acting and atmospheric photography. A REAL pleasure to watch. It just shows what can be achieved when people are given creative freedom. It was interesting how Stephen Merchant managed to get Christopher Walken to take part! What a treat! More please Beeb!

What a surprise! A very clever and 'different' film, amazingly acted by, unknown to me, actors who all seemed SO natural and believable. A lovely little tale too, with tickling touches of humour throughout! No gratuitous sex and violence which I'm totally sick of, just straightforward, enjoyable entertainment. Highly recommended and a real treat to find something like this these days. I just scrolled down and noticed a couple of hostile 1 star reviews where it was even suggested that the 5star reviews, like mine, were bought! I actually think his one star reviews were bought OR it just shows again how VERY different people's tastes are! Oh dear, oh dear!! :) :)

A delightful little movie with a great cast and some excellent acting; a kind, heart warming story for a change. An island of pleasant escapism in this turbulent sea of global concerns.
