Never in my life has a movie made me mad from just how poorly made it was. The plot has no basis. The main point is that they go back in time to stop the prank from happening but the thing is, it couldn’t have happened in the first place, when the book was already made to prevent anyone bad from using it???? THEY WOULD'VE FROZE UP AND GOT DETENTION ANYWAY. Not only that but the ending was so rushed. It really had me like “thats it?”. We weren’t even able to see the dance that they hyped up so much to have so much importance. The reveal of her being good again was so WEAK. Another issue I have, which I’ve been seeing from others is, Maleficent and Hades being under Uliana’s rule??? You cannot tell me that those are the same people from the previous movies. They would have NEVER bowed down to her. The fact that they decided to create a new character, Uliana, instead of sticking to the theme of we’re seeing everyone’s parents when they were younger, making the obvious choice for Uliana to instead be Ursula, just furthered my rage about this movie. Can we please get an explanation as to why Chloe’s wigs switched up in every new scene? Not only that but they looked a hot mess. They should’ve just kept the one in the first scene, that one actually ate ngl. The songs were decent, they mainly seemed out of place from the actual scenes, as if they made the songs first without a true visual of how it’ll flow into the movie. It feels like they focused more on making the songs and dance scenes good than the actual plot making sense. Only thing that I truly enjoyed was the tribute to Cameron Boyce, other than that, waste of my time.
