Had high hopes, visually the show looks good for the most part. However the story itself and the execution of the characters is extremely poor. It may be a decent sci-fi show, but it by no means is a good Halo show. I’ve played nearly all of the games, excluding halo wars and I’ve watch most of the official trailers/mini-series before. This show doesn’t do the series any justice nor shows the characters in their true light. If you are to watch this, just know the “real” Halo story can be found in the games and in the books. I hope season two is closer to the source material than the first.
