While it has been an enjoyable, if a little exaggerated event, I think they might have aimed just a little too high in trying to relate to today's audience. As an ex member of the armed forces and having three close relatives who had served in the Middle East, the affair with Sterling and the SAS wasn't as easy as depicted. But then the reality of it all might have made dull viewing, especially the use of language. That was just too now, men back in the 1940s were simply not as depicted in this show, they did NOT use foul language as has been shown. Other than that, they did put it together reasonable well. I think they could have done better.
