The main creator of this game has been credibly accused by his ex-wife of spousal abuse (with several people corroborating his general behavior towards her), as well as reading the private messages of young female players. There was recently a push to take a bunch of rape and abuse jokes out of the game after those allegations came out, but it's still not family friendly by any stretch. There is still an entire zone of content that revolves around getting young female characters drunk and getting their phone numbers.
